What You'll Do

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Help individuals and families achieve their financial goals
• Identify client needs and recommend tailored financial solutions
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting
• Conduct regular financial reviews and provide ongoing support
• Manage and grow your own client portfolio
• Achieve agreed performance and sales targets
• Maintain professional and ethical standards in all client interactions

What We're Looking For

• Grade 12 / Matric (essential)
• Own reliable transport and a valid driver's licence (non-negotiable)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented
• Professional, resilient, and willing to learn
• Previous sales or client-facing experience is advantageous but not essential
• Relevant tertiary qualification is beneficial
• A minimum of 2 years work experience
• Must be a South African Citizen or South African Permanent Resident
