APS is looking to appoint a highly organised Wealth Management Administrator to support Financial Advisors and ensure the efficient processing of client investment and risk administration.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Investment & Risk Administration

• Process new business applications, withdrawals, switches, transfers and additional contributions
• Submit documentation to investment platforms, insurers, medical aid and GAP providers
• Track and follow up on outstanding transactions
• Maintain accurate investment registers and reporting

Client Administration

• Open and maintain client files and update CRM records
• Prepare review packs and client documentation
• Coordinate client meetings and respond to administrative queries
• Liaise with clients, advisors and product providers

Compliance (FICA & FAIS)

• Ensure client records meet regulatory requirements
• Obtain and verify FICA documentation
• Maintain audit-ready files and support compliance reviews

Operational Support

• Assist Financial Advisors with proposal preparation and administrative processes
• Support improvements in operational efficiency

Desired Experience & Qualification

• 2–4 years’ experience in investments / wealth management / financial services administration
• Qualification in Finance / Business / Wealth Management
• Experience working on investment platforms or financial planning software
• Knowledge of FICA and FAIS processes
