Legal Paralegal (night shift)

Introduction

Our client is looking to hire a Legal Paralegal with superb administrative skills. Legal assistants are expected to work well under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

To ensure success, legal assistants should be proficient at multi-tasking, intuitive and excellent communicators with a keen interest in providing accurate and insightful support to lawyers and legal teams. Top candidates will be experts in key legal concepts with fantastic organisational skills, reasonable IT skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Communication with clients
• General administrative duties i.e. answering client correspondence
• Monitor, manage large workloads, and keep deadlines
• Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance
• Manage and execute timely delivery of assigned tasks or services
• Daily/monthly record keeping

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Preferably experience or knowledge in legal field
• Knowledge of workspace software and desktop virtualisation is advantageous but not mandatory
• Knowledge of day-to-day operations of a legal/conveyancing office
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication, detail oriented and organisational skills
• Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in English
• Good typing speed

Working hours: 01:00 - 10:00
