TECHNICIAN, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

Diploma in Computer Studies with working experience in IT related fields or and equivalent combination of education, training and/or work experience.

• Performs IT operations support and office automation support as accordance to procedures.
• Ability to perform computer setup and maintenance, including operating system installation, software deployment, and hardware replacement.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts and cybersecurity principles.
• Understand and Compliance to the Quality, Environment, Safety and Health Management System and RBA requirements.
• Provide daily IT operations and office support.
• Deliver IT support services to users in Penang, Batu Kawan, and Penang R&D locations.
• Provide desktop support, network connectivity assistance, VoIP support, and help desk services.
• Interface with users to define requirements, coordinate activities, and provide user training.
• Instruct users on new procedures and operational changes related to software and hardware.
• Assist in system management activities, including system configuration, communication setup, and coordination of hardware maintenance.
• Monitor system parameters in accordance with procedures provided by system owners.
• Assist in network configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting activities.
• Ensure vendors and contractors comply with company quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with company Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Health (QESH) management systems.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
