Signal Factory is a brand and creative studio in downtown Tulsa. We build brands, campaigns, and content for clients across the country. As we've grown, so has the need to help keep our already-established financial and operational engines running smoothly behind the scenes.

The Role

We're hiring a Part-Time Bookkeeper / Office Manager to support our day-to-day finance and HR operations. This is a great fit for someone detail-oriented, discreet, and comfortable working independently on a flexible schedule. You'll be a trusted part of a small, collaborative team where your work directly supports how well the studio runs.

What You'll Do

Bookkeeping & Finance

• Own accounts receivable, billing, and reconciliation
• Prepare payroll reporting and process deposits
• Maintain vendor records and track contractor payments
• Partner with our CPA on financials and year-end tax prep
• Handle routine compliance filings

HR & Office

• Manage onboarding, off-boarding, and employment verifications
• Administer benefits and retirement plan enrollment
• Keep day-to-day office operations organized and running

What We're Looking For

• Solid bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• A trustworthy, professional approach to confidential information
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
• Familiarity with standard bookkeeping software & systems
