BOOKKEEPER NEEDED!!!

Duties

• Manage and perform general ledger accounting, including journal entries, account analysis, and account reconciliation using software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or Quicken.
• Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and other financial accounts regularly to maintain data integrity.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing, bill payments, and collections.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions through double-entry bookkeeping and proper documentation.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles with familiarity in public accounting or corporate accounting environments.
• Strong proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, Sage, or similar systems; experience with financial software integration is a plus.
• Knowledge of GAAP standards, double-entry bookkeeping principles, bank reconciliation techniques, and general ledger management.
• Excellent understanding of financial concepts including debits & credits, journal entries, account reconciliation, and account analysis.
• Ability to perform 10 key typing quickly and accurately for data entry tasks.
• Experience processing payroll and managing accounts payable/receivable is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for preparing financial reports and collaborating across teams.
• Spanish and English Language is require.
• Knowledge in completion of federal and state forms is required.
• 2 years experience in bookkeeping/entry level/accounting is required.
