We're a multi-brand beauty and skincare group with our own brands live across Ulta, Nordstrom, Macy's, Amazon, Walmart, Walgreens, iHerb and more — plus a fast-growing brand-to-retail placement division (SRG) that gets emerging brands onto those same shelves and marketplaces.

What you'll do

• Sign growth-stage beauty, wellness and lifestyle brands onto our SRG placement and managed-onboarding programs
• Work alongside major industry players and distributors — names like UNFI and KeHE — to open doors across the beauty and wellness space
• Open new conversations across the group — retail buyers, marketplace and channel partners — and carry deals from first contact to signed contract
• Build and own a pipeline against clear monthly targets, with training and support behind you

What we're looking for

• Someone who gets ecommerce — marketplaces, online retail, DTC, how brands grow online
• A natural communicator, confident reaching out cold and picking up the phone
• Organized, self-motivated and driven by targets
• A genuine passion for beauty, retail and ecommerce
• Sales, ecommerce or internship experience is a plus — but attitude and hunger win

The package

• $50,000 base · $80,000 OTE with uncapped commission and performance bonuses
• Real progression as you prove yourself and the division grows
