Naia is currently seeking passionate, dependable, and hardworking Sous Chef to join our high-energy culinary team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in your craft, and want to be part of a team committed to quality, consistency, and hospitality, we want to meet you.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous Sous Chef experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
• Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality
• Passion for food, hospitality, and consistent execution

What You’ll Do

• Manage line cooks and other members of the kitchen
• Understanding of ordering and inventory levels
• Prepare and execute menu items with consistency, speed, and attention to detail
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure smooth service
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of your kitchen at all times
• Support a smooth, efficient kitchen operation at all times
