Lead with Impact: Champion key Agile practices, guiding your delivery team with clarity and purpose. Shape the Future: Actively contribute to our Product Owner Community of Practice, fostering alignment and elevating our craft across the organisation. Uncover & Define: Collaborate closely with internal and external customers, deeply analysing their needs to align product features with our strategic business goals.

Craft the Vision: Translate strategic objectives into clear, actionable backlog items – from epics and features to detailed user stories – setting the direction for our talented software development team. Solve & Deliver: Navigate product challenges, make informed decisions, and conduct trade-off analyses to ensure we consistently meet our commitments and deliver exceptional value.

Collaborate & Influence: Engage and build strong relationships with stakeholders across all stages of the product lifecycle, ensuring transparency and shared success. Maximise Value: Ruthlessly prioritise stories, epics, and themes based on their assessed value, ensuring our efforts are always focused on what matters most for our customers and business strategy.

Champion Quality: Develop and meticulously maintain a well-groomed, prioritised backlog that empowers your team to build outstanding solutions. Uphold Excellence: Foster a culture of risk awareness and compliance, ensuring integrity in all our digital offerings.

What You'll Bring

• Essential Experience
• Proven Agile Acumen: At least 2 years of hands-on experience working in an Agile environment.
• Complex Systems Navigation: Experience working with large and intricate technology stacks.
• Stakeholder Wizardry: Demonstrated ability in engaging, influencing, and managing diverse stakeholders.
• Customer Journey Champion: A track record of improving customer experiences and optimising digital journeys.
• Facilitation Dynamo: Skilled in organising and facilitating engaging workshops that drive outcomes.
• Bonus Points If You Have
• Exposure to various Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience within financial services or other regulated industries.
• Proficiency with Jira & Confluence.
