• Excellent communication skills
• Can-do attitude with a customer service mindset
• Knowledge of Office 365
• Experience with Windows Server
• Familiarity with Active Directory
• Hands-on experience is beneficial

👩‍💻👨‍💻 Your responsibilities are

• Be the first point of contact for clients
• Liaise directly with customers and clients to support queries/tickets
• Ensure SLAs and KPIs are adhered to
• Ensure that qualifications and training are up to date
• Work with the ServiceNow ticket system
