Entry Level Customer Service and Sales Rep

Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions through effective communication.
• Support business development initiatives by identifying potential client opportunities and assisting in outreach efforts.
• Manage customer accounts by maintaining accurate records and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Assist in conducting analysis to identify sales trends and opportunities for growth.
• Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track customer interactions and sales pipelines.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding market reach through sales efforts.
• Participate in marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, both in person and via digital channels.
• Support technical sales processes by understanding product features and benefits to effectively communicate value propositions.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Basic understanding of outside sales, negotiation, and account management principles.
• Interest or experience in business development, marketing, or technology sales preferred.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and identify sales opportunities.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is advantageous.
• Bilingual proficiency in French is highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases.
• Ability to work well in a team environment with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills.

Pay: $37,906.14-$66,260.73 per year
