Inside Sales Representative

Commercial Lighting Products Ltd. is Canada's largest independent Lighting Wholesaler, specializing in energy efficient solutions. We have a customer base of over 25,000 clients who rely on us for one-stop, name brand, efficient lighting and electrical solutions. We are seeking an Inside Sales person to join our Victoria location. This is a full time Monday to Friday (8am-430pm) office position.

Experience in electrical or lighting industries is a definite asset. We are looking for someone who is able to work in a team environment. Strong, positive and upbeat interpersonal skills preferred. This position has upward movement opportunities into other departments, including Outside Sales and Projects Department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for

• Order entry
• Fielding incoming customer calls
• Providing assistance and service to walk-in customers
• Product sourcing
• Working extensively with a team of experienced Lighting Sales Consultants

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Efficient, reliable with attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Professional and exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in English, written and oral
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Excellent organizational & interpersonal skills
• Strong computer skills
• Maintains composure under pressure
