Thermo King West is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist in Tolleson, AZ to support high-volume invoice processing, 3-way matching, and approval workflows across multiple locations.

What You’ll Be Doing

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will

• Perform high-volume invoice entry and 3-way matching (PO, receipt, invoice)
• Process invoices across parts, service, equipment, and rental departments
• Manage approval workflows and ensure proper documentation
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies (GRNI)
• Communicate with internal teams to resolve invoice and receiving issues
• Process non-PO invoices and expense reports
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely payments
• Support general accounting tasks as needed
