Human Resources Business Partner

As the organisation continues to evolve and grow, it is seeking an experienced HR professional to play a key role in supporting its people agenda and driving performance across a diverse retail network.

As HR Business Partner, you will work closely with operational leaders, providing expert guidance and support across the full employee lifecycle. Acting as a trusted advisor to managers, you will lead on employee relations matters, recruitment and selection, performance management, organisational development and policy implementation.

You will partner with stakeholders to identify people-focused solutions, support business objectives and ensure compliance with employment legislation. The role offers significant variety, combining strategic business partnering with hands-on operational support, regular engagement with retail teams and involvement in a range of HR projects and initiatives.

We are looking for a commercially minded HR professional with strong generalist experience, ideally gained within a retail or multi-site environment. You will have a solid understanding of UK employment law, proven experience managing complex employee relations cases and a track record of building credible relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is preferred, alongside excellent communication, organisation and coaching skills. Most importantly, you will be proactive, pragmatic and passionate about helping managers and employees achieve their full potential while contributing to the ongoing success of the business.

In return, they are looking to pay a salary of up to £58,000 and a car allowance of £6,000 per year.
