The Company

Our client is a professional services firm that provides accounting, tax and corporate services.

The Role

You will be managing multiple client engagements and communicating confidently with international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of local and international clients independently.
• Maintain full sets of accounts and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare reporting packs including financial analysis and management commentary.
• Handle GST registration, computation, filing and submission.
• Prepare corporate tax computations and coordinate annual tax filings.
• Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations.
• Prepare and submit CPF contributions and other statutory filings.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and regulatory authorities when required.
• Register and act as a Qualified Individual (QI) with ACRA, where eligible.
• Provide guidance to junior accounting staff and support continuous process improvements.
• Deliver exceptional client service and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients through clear, professional and timely communication.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• Professional accounting qualification (CA Singapore, CPA, ACCA or equivalent) is required.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within an accounting firm, corporate services provider or professional services environment.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), GST, corporate tax and CPF regulations.
• Proven experience managing a full set of accounts independently.
• Solid experience processing payroll in Singapore.
• Hands-on experience with Xero is essential.
• Experience with Quickbook is an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organised with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently with overseas clients.
