Accountant - F&B #2209

Key Responsibilities

Handle full sets of accounts including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing

Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and cash flow reports

Monitor daily sales reconciliation and outlet collections

Process supplier invoices, staff claims, and paymentschedules

Prepare GST submissions and ensure compliance with IRASregulations

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and governmentauthorities

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

Maintain proper accounting records and filing systems

Support payroll processing and CPF submissions when required

Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for management

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience

Experience in F&B or retail industry will be anadvantage

Familiar with accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks,or MYOB

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Positive attitude and team player
