The Opportunity

As Marketing Manager – Communities, you will develop and deliver high-impact project marketing strategies across a portfolio of Aveo’s priority retirement communities, generating quality leads, increased sales tours and strong commercial outcomes.

Combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution, you'll partner with a range of stakeholders, managing a significant marketing budget to ensure every campaign delivers measurable results.

Your Impact

• Develop and execute local area marketing (LAM) strategies across a portfolio of priority retirement communities, ensuring investment is focused where it will deliver the greatest commercial return
• Own the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across a wide range of channels (e.g. digital, TV, radio, BVOD etc.) to generate quality leads
• Manage a significant marketing budget, making data-driven decisions that maximise campaign performance and return on investment
• Partner with the sales, operations and portfolio teams to align marketing activity with community priorities, stock availability and sales objectives
• Create targeted CRM and database campaigns that nurture prospective residents and encourage community visits
• Lead the promotion of local events, open homes and community activations that build awareness and generate meaningful customer engagement
• Monitor campaign performance using data and insights, continuously refining activity to improve lead quality and conversion outcomes
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external agency partners to ensure campaigns are delivered seamlessly and on brand
• Contribute to the ongoing evolution of Aveo's marketing strategy by identifying opportunities for innovation, continuous improvement and best practice
• Lead and develop your team, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture that contributes to Aveo's continued success as an industry leader

What You'll Bring

• Demonstrated experience in project, development, property or retirement living marketing (or similar industry), with a strong understanding of local area marketing strategies Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that deliver measurable commercial outcomes Experience managing marketing budgets across multiple projects, campaigns or locations A collaborative approach with exceptional stakeholder management, communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
• Excellent project management and multitasking skills, who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with CRM platforms and reporting tools such as Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI (or similar)
• Experience within retirement living, property or the broader living sector—or a genuine interest in helping Australians make one of life's most important lifestyle decisions
