Golf Club Accountant / Bookkeeper

Twin Lakes Golf and Country Club is a Golf and Country located in Federal Way Washington with approximately 700 members. We are currently looking for a Accountant / Bookkeeper to serve as the sole Finance & Administrative Specialist to keep our organization running smoothly. This is a hands on, high impact role involving billing, payroll, and daily office operations while working directly with the GM and members.

You’ll be the person who connects the dots. This is full-time, direct hire and fully onsite.

Accountant / BookkeeperLocation: Federal Way, WA Salary: $70k-$80k DOE + benefits Schedule: 8am – 4pm M-F (some flexibility) occasional weekends on site in Federal Way, WA Industry: Service/Hospitality/Club About the role § Prepare monthly financial statements, reconciliations, and reports accurately and on time. § Monitor cash flow, bank accounts, transfers, and disbursements. § Manage membership accounts receivable, audit support, tax reporting, and compliance with GAAP and internal controls. § Communicating with members in person and via phone in regard to membership discrepancies and or questions § Managing Accounts Payables and expense processing§ Oversee payroll processing, reporting, and compliance. § Support HR functions, including employee records, benefits, and compliance coordination. § Lead annual operating, reserve, and capital budgeting with leadership teams. § Maintain relationships with banks, auditors, insurers, and external partners. § Lead and train accounting staff, including oversight of Jonas system processes. § Perform additional accounting, systems, and administrative duties as assigned.

Ideal Candidates Authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship3+ years of accounting experience with accounts receivables, accounts payables, payroll, financials, cash flow and general HR functionsExperience with accrual accounting and a 501c7 non profit entity, Understanding of financial statements and their dependencies.

• Experience with Microsoft Office, and QuickBooks
• Jonas experience a plus
• Experience working with a membership based organization like a golf club is a plus Comfortable with a front facing role – you will be interacting with members
