Marketing Manager - Industrial Tech

I am representing a global technology leader in the Technology and engineering / measurement solutions provider As part of their continued expansion in Singapore, they are seeking a senior marketing professional to drive integrated marketing strategies that elevate their market presence and support commercial growth.

This role blends technical understanding with strategic marketing execution ideal for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of engineering, customer engagement, and commercial strategy.

About the role

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that expand visibility across key customer groups within the local market
• Lead the planning and execution of in‑person programs such as technical seminars, industry events, tradeshows, and customer engagements.
• Drive digital marketing activities including EDM campaigns, webinars, online promotions, and content updates across regional and global teams.
• Adapt global marketing materials for the local market, ensuring clarity, relevance, and technical accuracy.
• Convert complex engineering concepts into clear, compelling product narratives that resonate with technical audiences.
• Maintain a consistent, credible technical voice across all communication channels.
• Work closely with engineering and sales teams to understand product capabilities, applications, and customer pain points.
• Coordinate customer visits, demos, seminars, and marketing kits that enhance engagement and solution understanding.
• Monitor industry and competitor developments and provide insights that support strategic decision‑making.

Skills and experience required

• At least 8 years of proven experience specializing in industrial, technical, or B2B marketing.
• Demonstrated capability to direct both digital and physical marketing campaigns effectively.
• A strong background within semiconductor, electronics, communications, electrical engineering, industrial technology, or test & measurement sectors is highly preferred.
• Adept at collaborating across cross-functional groups, including engineering, sales, and regional marketing departments.
