What you'll do

As a Human Resources Senior Executive, you will immerse yourself in both operational and strategic aspects of human resources. Your days will be filled with meaningful interactions—whether managing recruitment cycles or collaborating with retail teams to ensure smooth HR operations across various store locations.

• Manage the full employee lifecycle by overseeing recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and ensuring seamless transitions for all staff members.
• Support daily HR operations including payroll coordination, attendance management, and meticulous administration of employee records.
• Partner closely with retail operations teams and business leaders to deliver practical HR support across multiple store locations.
• Handle employee relations matters with sensitivity and provide guidance on HR policies and employment practices to foster a positive work environment.
• Review, develop, and implement HR policies, processes, and documentation that align with the needs of a growing workforce.
• Coordinate performance management systems, employee engagement activities, and training initiatives that nurture talent within the organisation.
• Assist with manpower planning and recruitment strategies as the business continues its retail expansion throughout Singapore.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation as well as internal policies to maintain high standards of integrity and fairness.
• Contribute actively to HR projects and continuous process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide dependable support for both routine tasks and strategic projects, demonstrating commitment to communal success.

What you bring

Your proven experience as a Human Resources Senior Executive will demonstrate your ability to manage complex HR operations efficiently while maintaining a compassionate approach towards employees.

• Experience in a broad HR Generalist role covering both operational duties such as payroll administration and recruitment responsibilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail or operational environment where adaptability is key to supporting multiple sites.
• Strong interpersonal skills that enable you to build trusting relationships across all levels of the organisation.
• Resourceful approach combined with willingness to take ownership of tasks within a growing business context.
• Keen interest in contributing beyond routine operations by helping shape future HR functions through policy development and process improvement.
• Prior experience in retail, food & beverage (F&B), or other multi-site operational businesses would be advantageous for understanding unique workforce challenges.
• Ability to coordinate performance management systems effectively while nurturing employee engagement through training initiatives.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment legislation coupled with attention to detail ensures compliance at every stage of the employee lifecycle.
