Job Description

• Drive internal communications and employee engagement initiatives across the organisation
• Develop and execute employer branding activities to strengthen talent attraction efforts
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning to offer management and onboarding
• Partner business leaders on people-related matters, employee relations and workplace policies
• Support payroll coordination, HR reporting and administration of HR systems
• Facilitate performance management processes and talent development programmes
• Coordinate learning and development initiatives, while supporting corporate social responsibility activities

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related majors
• 5+ years' experience within a broad HR generalist or HR business partnering settings, preferably in MNC environment.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities
• Experience in employee engagement, communications or employer branding initiatives
• Strong understanding of HR operations, employee relations and HR best practices
• Comfortable partnering with stakeholders across different business functions
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on, proactive and solutions-oriented approach with strong attention to detail
