About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a rapidly growing international B2B SaaS provider that is revolutionizing HR and health & safety solutions for small and medium-sized businesses across Canada. Backed by impressive year-over-year growth, our client is expanding their Canadian operations and looking for a dynamic B2B Inside Sales Manager to lead, coach, and scale their high volume outbound sales team.

In this high-impact role, you will lead a team responsible for qualifying new opportunities, delivering product insight, booking net-new SMB accounts, and driving expansion/upsell opportunities within the existing client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Coaching: Manage, mentor, and motivate an high volume, outbound, sales team to hit and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Performance & KPI Management: Actively manage daily floor activity, track conversions, and analyze key sales metrics to keep momentum high.
• Lead & Campaign Optimization: Manage the distribution of marketing-generated leads and strategically manipulate CRM data to maximize conversion rates.
• Pipeline & Strategy: Drive campaign planning, pipeline hygiene, and daily CRM optimization to ensure maximum team efficiency.
• Culture & Engagement: Introduce creative incentives, call competitions, and ongoing sales training to maintain an ambitious, high-performing sales culture.
• Executive Reporting: Provide clear daily, weekly, and quarterly sales updates and management intelligence to executive leadership.

What You Bring

• 7+ Years of Sales Leadership: Proven track record leading high-volume sales teams, ideally within a B2B SaaS or fast-scaled growth business.
• Inside / Phone-Based Sales Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience managing a high volume -focused sales floor and driving outbound activity.
• Data-Driven & Hands-On: Skilled at leveraging CRM systems, optimizing lead flows, and using sales metrics to make decisive, impactful moves.
• Consultative Selling Mastery: Strong background in consultative B2B selling with the ability to teach and model these techniques for your team.
• High Energy & Accountability: Confident decision-maker who isn't afraid to challenge reps, drive accountability, and celebrate team wins.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $80,000K-$90,000K

First-Year OTE: $100,000-$110,000 realistically achievable in year 1
