Business Development Executive

Our client's law firm in Dubai is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join their team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in business development, client relationship management, and strategic growth within the legal or professional services sector.

Job Description

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities,building strong client relationships, and supporting the firm’s growth strategy in Dubai and other international markets.

The successful candidate will work closely with partners and attorneys to develop and execute initiatives that drive revenue,strengthen the firm’s market presence, and expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for the firm
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and referral partners
• Develop and implement business development strategies to support growth
• Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and presentations for prospective clients
• Coordinate with legal teams to align client needs with firm services
• Represent the firm at networking events, conferences, and industry meetings
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Support cross-selling of legal services across practice areas
• Maintain CRM records and report on business development performance

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai/UAE market
• Proven track record of generating business and managing client relationships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skill
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and legal professionals
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Law, or a related field
• Arabic language skills are an advantage, but not essential
