Logistics Operation Executive

Handle day-to-day import, export, and logistics operations.

Manage shipments through Dubai Trade, DP World, Jebel Ali Port, and related platforms.

Prepare and process import/export documentation, customs declarations, delivery orders, shipping documents, etc.

Coordinate with shipping lines, customs, transporters, clearing agents, ports, and customers.

Handle FCL/LCL, sea freight, road transportation, and customs clearance operations.

Coordinate transportation and ensure timely pickup and delivery of shipments.

Prepare quotations and coordinate with customers regarding shipment requirements.

Track shipments and resolve operational issues efficiently.

Ensure all documentation and procedures comply with UAE customs and port regulations.

Maintain proper records and follow up on pending shipments, payments, documents, and deliveries. 3–5 years of relevant experience in UAE logistics/freight forwarding operations.

Strong practical knowledge of Dubai Trade, DP World, Jebel Ali Port, and UAE Customs procedures.

Good understanding of import/export and customs clearance processes from A–Z.Experience with freight forwarding, transportation, and shipping documentation.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple shipments simultaneously.UAE logistics industry experience is mandatory.

Candidates who can also support customer coordination and business development will be preferred.
