BigMart is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Admin & Business Development Executive to join its team in Ajman. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to support revenue growth in the UAE market
• Present and promote BigMart’s corporate services to potential clients and business partners
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, vendors, and B2B partners
• Manage daily office operations, documentation, and handling of corporate communications
• Respond to incoming inquiries and manage professional email correspondence
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to improve strategies
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and track key business KPIs
• Analyze sales performance data to improve efficiency and maximize ROI
• Support business expansion initiatives through strategic planning and execution
