The Position

Reporting directly to the MD, the Senior Marketing Manager will lead the marketing and branding strategy for a flagship luxury residential development. This is a highly visible role requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with responsibility for developing integrated marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, strengthen brand positioning, and support sales performance.

The successful candidate will oversee the development of premium marketing collateral, digital content, presentation materials, and promotional campaigns while managing external agencies, creative partners, media vendors, and production suppliers.

The role will also lead launch events, VIP client experiences, showroom marketing, CRM initiatives, social media, website content, and digital advertising to ensure a seamless customer journey across all marketing touchpoints.

The Person

You will hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline, supported by at least 10 years of progressive marketing experience, including a minimum of five years within real estate project marketing, ideally focusing on luxury residential developments.

You are a commercially minded marketing professional with a proven track record of delivering successful integrated campaigns that directly contribute to property sales.

Experience managing creative agencies, media partners, photographers, printers, and digital vendors is essential, along with strong project management, budgeting, stakeholder management, and communication skills. A data-driven approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will be key to success in this role.
