The Role

Recruitment Consultant

We're looking for an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Liverpool Street team. This is an exciting opportunity to inherit an established, high-performing temporary recruitment desk with a strong client base, active candidate pool and excellent growth potential.

You'll be stepping into a busy and successful desk that is already performing strongly, giving you the perfect platform to further develop your recruitment career and maximise your earning potential.

Working closely with an experienced permanent recruitment consultant, you'll manage and grow a varied portfolio of clients and temporary workers across a range of sectors

Key Responsibilities

• Managing temporary recruitment assignments from brief to placement
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Growing existing accounts and developing new business opportunities
• Sourcing, interviewing and matching candidates to suitable roles
• Managing temporary workers throughout their assignments
• Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the recruitment process
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve branch and company objectives
