About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Delivery Consultant to support a portfolio of RPO clients. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role for an experienced agency recruiter who thrives on managing multiple vacancies, building strong stakeholder relationships and delivering outstanding recruitment outcomes.📌

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles and clients
• Source, attract and assess high-quality candidates
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Deliver against hiring targets, SLAs and KPI'sProvide market insight and recruitment advice
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting
• Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve delivery👤

About You

• Essential3+ years' agency recruitment experience
• Proven success in high-volume recruitment
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience managing multiple vacancies across different disciplines
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Desirable RPO or embedded recruitment experience
• Client-facing or account management experience
