Position Summary

We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to help grow our dynamic creative offering in New Zealand and Australia, with the potential to expand into other markets.

You’ll be responsible for building and managing relationships with OOH media owners, creative agencies, media agencies, and brands - showing them how Latch’s capabilities can transform their campaigns with live, data-driven relevance.

This is a growth-focused role suited to someone who thrives in a sales environment and is excited by the blend of creativity, technology, and advertising.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business and managing a pipeline of opportunities across the NZ & Australian markets initially and eventually other overseas markets
• Develop and maintain relationships with media owners, creative agencies, media agencies, and direct-to-brand partners
• Pitch and present Latch’s dynamic creative capabilities and build tailored solutions for clients
• Collaborate with our internal creative and dev teams to bring campaigns to life
• Meet and exceed revenue targets (with commission to match)
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, innovation, and competitor activity
• Represent Latch at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities
• What We’re Looking For4+ years’ experience in out-of-home media sales, agency-side sales, or media sales
• Strong understanding of digital, programmatic, and dynamic creative advertising
• Confident communicator and natural relationship builder - your network is a key factor here
• Proven track record of meeting revenue targets and closing deals
• Self-starter who’s comfortable building a pipeline and running with it
• Passion for creative tech, media innovation, and delivering results
