Roles & Responsibilities

As a sales account manager focused on new business development, you will actively identify and qualify new business opportunities by sourcing leads, conducting market research, and cold-calling to build a robust pipeline of high-potential advertisers and agencies. You will prioritize the acquisition of new logos and "white space" opportunities, moving beyond existing account management to drive new business growth.

You will develop and execute tailored sales strategies to engage decision-makers, and manage a high-volume sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and aggressive conversion of leads into active campaigns, while working closely with advertising agencies and advertisers to sell media solutions across SPH Media's platforms.

Who We Are Looking For

• A degree in Marketing or Business
• Two years of sales and marketing experience preferably in the media industry
• Effectively bilingual to engage with various cilents and partners
• Ability to conceptualise, strategise, present and execute creative ideas
• Outgoing, resourceful and self-motivated
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
• Build good understanding and relationship with key targeted customers
