The Opportunity

We're seeking a passionate and commercially minded Brand Manager to join our Marketing team and help drive the continued growth of the nudie brand.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Category, you will play a key role in bringing brand plans to life through digital marketing, innovation projects, trade marketing initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration.

This role offers the opportunity to lead new product development (NPD) projects, manage agency partnerships, monitor brand performance, and contribute to the strategic direction of one of Australia's most loved juice brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the digital marketing strategy for the nudie brand, partnering with external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns.
• Monitor and report on brand performance metrics including digital KPIs, brand health measures and campaign effectiveness.
• Lead and support New Product Development (NPD) projects through the Stage Gate process from ideation through to post-launch review.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Category, Finance, R&D, Operations and Business Development to deliver innovation initiatives.
• Manage relationships with external agencies including creative, market research, packaging and digital partners.
• Drive trade marketing initiatives and retailer-specific campaigns that engage shoppers and support sales objectives.
• Support annual budgeting processes, A&P forecasting, reconciliation and ongoing budget management.
• Develop point-of-sale materials, merchandising solutions and support brand activation activities as required.
• To Succeed With Us:3-5 years' experience in Brand Management, Marketing or a related FMCG environment.
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Experience managing external agencies and delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical capability with experience monitoring campaign and brand performance metrics.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to balance brand-building activities with business objectives.
• Experience within FMCG is highly desirable.
• Graphic design capability is advantageous but not essential.
