From day one you’ll be working on live projects, supporting consultants, engaging with healthcare professionals, using AI tools and learning how modern businesses create opportunities and grow.

By the end of the programme, you’ll have the skills, knowledge and confidence to progress into a Recruitment Consultant position.

Connecting with professionals through LinkedIn

Supporting outreach campaigns

Building relationships with candidates

Booking introductory conversations

Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (Thursday WFH) with built in time for studying
