The Business Development Manager, Sports Facilities (APAC) leads the strategy, planning, and execution of business development initiatives for this vertical across the region.

The role is responsible for generating new business by identifying and developing customer relationships, defining market segmentation and targets, and implementing appropriate sales coverage models to support regional growth strategies. It focuses on driving sales and profitability while applying structured sales methodologies.

Skills & Experience:

Good network and established relationships with key stakeholders across the Sports Facilities market in APAC, including stadium and arena owners/operators, sports clubs, sports federations, venue developers, architects, AV consultants, system integrators, and sports facility management companies.

• Bachelor’s Degree in sales/marketing/business preferred
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a business development role
• A/V equipment or High Technology Sound Systems sales experience with proven successful track record
• Experience with CRM and key opportunities management processes
• Candidate must be energetic, self-motivated and possess a desire to win
• Written and verbal communication skills in English Outstanding organization and follow-up skills
