Responsibilities

Job Description

Responsible for conceptualizing, planning, implementing, and managing overall advertising and promotional activities for the CapitaLand portfolio of shopping malls to achieve desired KPIs and unified shopping experience. Form strategic partnerships, source for sponsorships and opportunities to host unique marketing activations and identify publicity opportunities for the portfolio of malls.

Proactively engage tenants to market their products through portfolio-wide initiatives to enhance their sales and shoppers’ experience. Conduct post-promotional campaign or event reviews to assess the effectiveness of the promotions / events in terms of shopper traffic and campaign GTO and prepare monthly reports for internal analysis.

Develop exciting marketing strategies to actively engage communities within the portfolio of malls. Analyse competitors, market trends, and identify opportunities to drive sales and footfall.

Requirements

• Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in retail / hospitality industry
• Creative, dynamic, and resourceful with good media and relevant promotional partners’ contacts
• Good interpersonal skills and excellent in customer relationship management
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPointFast and independent with strong organizational skills
• Meticulous, self-motivated, able to multi-task and work under pressure
• Results-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines.
