Human Resources Manager SGMY / Japanese MNC / Town / Up to 9K

We are seeking an experienced HR admin and operations manager to join our human resources function and execute HR initiatives to support continued business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with the company's business goals.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding.
• Drive talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting top talent.
• Payroll preparation, processing and administration.
• Organise and implement employee engagement activities and handle employee relations matters
• Administer compensation, benefits, and rewards programs to attract and retain high-caliber employees.
• Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement, conflict resolution, and ongoing feedback.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Manage HR data and reporting
• Identify training requirements and provide training support
• Office administration and ad hoc tasks

Requirements/Skills

• At least 7 years experience in HR related matters
• High level of initiative and proactiveness
• Reliable and strong communication skills
• Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and related statutory policies
• Good verbal and written command of English
