Maketing Manager

We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Marketing Manager to support our corporate and e-commerce business.

This is a hands-on role covering corporate customer management, marketing, product sourcing, supplier coordination and e-commerce operations. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams to manage enquiries and projects from initial quotation and product sourcing through production and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Sales & Customer Management

• Handle enquiries from existing and prospective corporate customers.
• Understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable products, materials and customisation options.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, product presentations and samples for corporate customers.
• Follow up on quotations, projects and customer requirements in a timely manner.
• Maintain good relationships with existing corporate accounts and identify opportunities for repeat and additional business.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams on artwork, samples, production requirements, delivery schedules and other project matters.
• Support the development of new corporate accounts and business opportunities.

Marketing & Business Development

• Plan and execute marketing activities to promote the company's products and services.
• Develop promotional materials, product presentations and campaigns for corporate and online customers.
• Identify new products, market opportunities and potential customer segments.
• Conduct competitor and market research to support product positioning, pricing and promotional decisions.
• Assist in developing new product ideas and bringing them to market.

Product Sourcing & Supplier Management

• Source and evaluate suitable products, materials and suppliers according to customer and business requirements.
• Liaise directly with suppliers and manufacturers on pricing, specifications, samples, customisation, production schedules and delivery.
• Negotiate quotations and commercial terms where appropriate.
• Follow up closely on sampling and production to ensure requirements and timelines are met.
• Prior experience working directly with suppliers or manufacturers based in China is highly preferred, particularly in product sourcing, quotation evaluation, negotiation, sampling and production follow-up.
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with suppliers.

E-Commerce & Digital Marketing

• Support the management and development of the company's e-commerce business.
• Maintain and improve product listings, promotional content and online campaigns.
• Coordinate online promotions and new product launches.
• Monitor product performance, customer enquiries and market trends across relevant online channels.
• Work on opportunities to improve online visibility, enquiries and sales.

Requirements

• A Level or Diploma holder
• Relevant experience in marketing, corporate sales/account servicing, business development, product sourcing or supplier management.
• Experience handling corporate customers and customised products/projects would be an advantage.
• Prior experience dealing directly with suppliers or manufacturers based in China is highly preferred.
• Good communication, customer-service, negotiation and coordination skills.
• Commercially minded and comfortable working with product costing, quotations and suppliers.
• Good attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously.
• Resourceful and able to work independently while coordinating effectively with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing would be an advantage.

The Person We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is customer-oriented, resourceful and hands-on, rather than someone focused solely on advertising or digital marketing.

The role requires the ability to understand a corporate customer's requirements, source or recommend suitable products, obtain and evaluate supplier quotations, prepare customer proposals, coordinate samples and production, and follow the project through to completion.

The successful candidate should be comfortable communicating with corporate customers as well as overseas suppliers, and be able to balance customer expectations with pricing, quality, production feasibility and delivery timelines.
