Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a leading financial services firm to appoint a Senior Vice President, Human Resources to join its Singapore office on a 6-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR leader to provide strategic and operational HR leadership across the APAC region, partnering closely with senior executives to drive business and people outcomes.

As a key member of the regional leadership team, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on all people-related matters, helping to shape and execute the firm's HR strategy across multiple markets.

The role will encompass a broad range of responsibilities, including employee relations, performance management, talent and succession planning, leadership development, organizational design, workforce planning, compensation and rewards, and HR policy governance.

Working closely with business leaders, you will provide guidance on complex employee matters, support organizational change initiatives, and drive programs designed to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

You will also collaborate with global HR, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure alignment with corporate objectives while maintaining compliance with local employment regulations across the APAC region.

The successful candidate will be a commercially minded HR executive with a proven track record of partnering with senior leaders within complex and fast-paced organizations. You will be comfortable operating at both a strategic and operational level, with the ability to influence stakeholders, navigate ambiguity, and drive business-focused HR solutions across multiple jurisdictions.

We are seeking candidates with significant HR leadership experience gained within financial services, banking, capital markets, asset management, fintech, or other highly regulated industries. Experience supporting regional teams across APAC, coupled with strong expertise in employee relations, organizational development, change management, and talent strategy, will be highly valued.
