We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a growing international software business delivering enterprise SaaS solutions to major third-party customers.

This is not an internal IT Project Manager position.

We need someone who has genuinely managed the delivery of software or SaaS platforms into external enterprise clients — owning the project, managing the customer relationship and ensuring complex technology programmes get delivered.

You’ll sit at the centre of the relationship between the customer, product, engineering and internal delivery teams.

The Role

You will take ownership of enterprise SaaS delivery projects from planning through to implementation, managing both the technical delivery and the third-party client relationship.

Your responsibilities will include

• Managing end-to-end SaaS and software delivery projects for external enterprise customers
• Acting as a key delivery contact for third-party client stakeholders
• Managing project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and actions
• Leading Agile and Scrum ceremonies across technical teams
• Coordinating Product, Engineering, Data and other delivery functions
• Managing scope, priorities and expectations with customers
• Identifying blockers early and driving them through to resolution
• Producing clear project and programme updates for senior stakeholders
• Supporting data and BI initiatives, including dashboard and reporting projects
• Working closely with the Programme Manager across multiple customer workstreams
• What We Need
• You will ideally bring:5+ years' Project Management experience
• Strong experience delivering SaaS, software or technology platforms
• Demonstrable experience working directly with third-party enterprise clients
• Experience managing senior customer stakeholders and complex delivery relationships
• Strong Agile / Scrum delivery experience
• Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams
• Strong knowledge of Jira, Confluence or similar delivery tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A Scrum Master or similar Agile certification would be advantageous.
• Experience around data, BI or Power BI projects would also be useful, but isn't essential.
