ERP Migration Project Manager

A market-leading business, part of a well-established global group, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major systems transformation across its Irish operation.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will own the end-to-end delivery of a unified project: migrating the ERP backend from SAP to Microsoft Business Central, alongside a significant upgrade to the front office booking system.

This is a strategically critical programme that will underpin the organisation's future growth, and you will operate with real autonomy across the full lifecycle, from business case through to benefit realisation.

You will act as the key link between the internal Finance and Operations teams and a third-party technical delivery team, influencing and aligning stakeholders at every level.

What you'll do

• Lead planning, prioritisation and execution across the project lifecycle
• Manage budgets, forecasts, timelines and financial risk, tracking benefits against clear KPIsBuild strong relationships with senior stakeholders, sponsors and steering committees
• Maintain governance, change control and delivery assurance throughout

What you'll bring

• Demonstrable experience leading Microsoft Business Central ERP projects
• A strong track record of end-to-end delivery in complex environments
• Solid financial acumen and budget management
• Confidence partnering and influencing at senior level
• Expertise in governance, change and risk frameworks
• A recognised project management qualification (PRINCE2, MSP or Agile
• PM)
