02 | Onboarding → Activation → Expansion → Retention → Reactivation → Advocacy

03 | Build the global lifecycle strategy, operating model and growth programmes that turn merchant data + behaviour into measurable commercial outcomes across markets.

OWNERSHIP

01 | Lifecycle Strategy

Global segmentation, lifecycle architecture, merchant journeys and market playbooks.

02 | Growth & Engagement

Activation, cross-sell, upsell, retention, win-back, referral and loyalty programmes.

03 | Merchant Intelligence

Merchant health scoring using transaction, GPV, product adoption and engagement signals.

04 | Behavioural Lifecycle

Event-based triggers, personalised interventions and next-best actions.

05 | Lifecycle Infrastructure

CDP / CEP segmentation, journey orchestration and automation with Martech, Product, Data & Ops.

06 | Communication Strategy

Channel, message, timing and frequency across the merchant lifecycle.

07 | Experimentation & Optimisation

Test, measure and scale journeys, offers, messaging and conversion.

PROFILE

05 | Comfortable building global frameworks and localising intelligently

06 | Strong cross-functional operator across Marketing, Product, Data, Martech & Ops

07 | Bias toward experimentation, measurable impact and scalable growth
