Drive regional human resources governance, operational strategies, and talent management initiatives to support organizational growth.

• Oversee full-lifecycle recruitment strategies and workforce planning in collaboration with line managers.
• Formulate and standardize regional human resources policies, frameworks, and compliance guidelines across all operating entities.
• Lead end-to-end operational workflows, ensuring accuracy in benefits administration, statutory filings, and payroll inputs.
• Manage regional performance appraisal cycles, objective evaluations, and job description reviews to support headcount planning.
• Oversee compensation structures and benchmarking initiatives to maintain internal equity and competitive market positioning.
• Guide people managers on employee relations, engagement initiatives, retention strategies, and digital transformation projects.

skills and experience required.

• Bachelor degree in human resources, business administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of generalist human resources experience, preferably within financial services or dynamic regional corporate environments.
• Strong knowledge of local employment laws and familiarity with regional labor regulations across Southeast Asia or Asia Pacific.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and manage diverse stakeholder relationships effectively.
