Reward Manager (6 Months FTC)

Elliott Scott HR is partnering with a leading global financial services organisation to appoint a Reward Manager on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role will support the organisation’s reward agenda, with a strong focus on benefits and vendor management.

Summary of the Role and Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery and management of reward and benefits programmes.
• Manage benefits initiatives and ensure they remain competitive and aligned with business needs.
• Manage relationships with benefits providers and external vendors.
• Provide advice and support to stakeholders on reward and benefits matters.
• Support compensation activities, including benchmarking and salary reviews.
• Contribute to reward projects and process improvements across the business.

Key Skills Required

• 6+ years of experience in Reward, Compensation & Benefits, or a similar role.
• Strong experience in benefits management and vendor management.
• Good understanding of compensation and reward practices.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Experience within financial services, technology, or a multinational environment is advantageous.
