The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll combine sales, business development, and relationship management to connect talented professionals with leading businesses.

Your responsibilities will include

• Developing new client relationships and winning business
• Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates
• Managing the recruitment process from initial brief to placement
• Negotiating offers and closing deals
• Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Working towards individual revenue and performance targets
