What You’ll Be Doing as a Senior Property Accountant

• Maintain accurate financials across a portfolio of commercial/industrial properties
• Prepare and analyze property-level financial statements and variance reports
• Support CAM reconciliations and tenant-related accounting activities
• Partner closely with property management and asset management teams
• Track and manage property-specific expenses, accruals, and capital activity
• Handle journal entries and support month-end close
• Complete balance sheet reconciliations and reporting

About You as a Senior Property Accountant

• Experience with general ledger accounting and financial statement preparation
• Strong background in balance sheet reconciliations
• Comfortable working with depreciation and amortization schedules
• Ability to analyze and explain property-level variances
