A sales resume is a sales document, and the product is you. Hiring managers scan for one thing first: numbers. Quota attainment, pipeline generated, deal sizes, rankings against peers. A template that makes those numbers easy to find in a six-second skim is doing its job; one that buries them in dense paragraphs is costing you interviews.

These designs carry energy without losing professionalism. Two-column layouts give your wins a scannable structure, warm accents like Ember read as personable for relationship-driven roles, and photo options like Portrait and Vega suit markets where clients will effectively be hiring your face.

Common questions

What should a sales resume highlight?

Quantified performance above everything: percent of quota by year, pipeline created, average deal size, win rate, president’s club or rankings. Put the strongest number in your summary line and lead each role’s first bullet with attainment. The templates here are structured so those figures sit at the start of every line where recruiters look first.

Should sales resumes be one page?

One page for under ten years of experience, two pages when your track record genuinely needs it. Cut old roles to a single line before shrinking the font. The Two Column and Vertex templates fit the most on a page without looking crowded.
