Debt Collector – UAE Process

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Debt Collector for our UAE process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the collection of outstanding debts while providing excellent customer service and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. This role is suitable for candidates with 0-3 years of experience in debt collection or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Conducting debt collection calls to clients in a professional manner
• Negotiating payment plans and settlements with debtors
• Maintaining accurate records of all interactions and transactions
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve outstanding debts
• Providing excellent customer service while handling sensitive financial information
• Monitoring and reporting on debt collection progress and trends

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in English; Hindi is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations in UAE
• Ability to handle difficult conversations and negotiations effectively
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with CRM software or debt collection systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
