This is a full-time on-site role as a Licensing Officer at Allocation Assist Middle East. The Licensing Officer will be responsible for managing the DHA / DOH / MOH / QCHP / SCFHS Licensing process, including preparation, verification, processing, monitoring, and issuance of licenses. Excellent communication, organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Requirements

• Licensing expertise to handle SCFHS / UAE / DHA / DOH / MOH Licensing;
• Credentialing, and Examination process.

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Initiate communication with clients for timely submission of necessary documents.
• Interpret, assist and advise applicants regarding Dataflow and licensing requirements within the specified guidelines.
• Coordinate with the clients using a professional and friendly communication channel for timely processing of documents.
• Be actively involved in the quality improvement activities within the company.
