Sales Representative (Car Care products Sales)

SALES REP - ALRABIYA

Position Information

• Position Title: Sales Rep
• Reporting Manager Position: Sales Team Leader
• Location: Dubai / Abu Dhabi (Occasionally other Emirates)

Important requirement: Valid UAE driving license.

Language: English Mandatory / Arabic Preferable

Position Purpose To execute sales activities in assigned territory, build customer relationships, achieve sales targets, and represent the company's products and services effectively in the market.

Key Accountabilities

Key Accountability 1: Territory Sales Management

• Manage assigned sales territory and customer base
• Develop territory-specific sales plans and strategies
• Conduct regular customer visits and relationship building
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities

Key Accountability 2: Sales Target Achievement

• Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
• Execute sales campaigns and promotional activities
• Monitor competitive activities and market trends
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts

Key Accountability 3: Customer Relationship Development

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Understand customer needs and provide solutions
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Key Accountability 4: Customer Development

• Identify and develop new customers and accounts
• Maintain relationships with existing customer base
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms

Key Accountability 5: Market Intelligence

• Gather market intelligence and competitive information
• Report on regional market conditions and trends
• Identify new product opportunities and requirements
• Provide feedback on customer needs and preferences

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in field sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid UAE driver's license and willingness to travel across UAE

Note: The employee may be assigned additional duties related to the role as required by the business.

Ability to commute/relocate

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
