Develop & implement medical affairs strategies (IDA & Challenged Growth) aligning with business objective.
Provide medical & nutrition expertise to cross-functional team, ensuring the integration of medical & nutrition insights into overall plans Build credibility of our business by providing/translating relevant up-to date science-based content and communication.
Collaborate with key stakeholder across MBU on selective medical channel activities, digital activation, and drive clinical research to establish Danone Nutricia expertise & superiority in science, nutrition and products amongst HCPs/KOLs. Build alliances and expand networks with key medical, policy and decision makers, stakeholders like KOLs as part of market shaping initiative and to build Danone Nutricia’s credibility.
Managing and leading a team of medical affairs professional providing direction and support on medical affairs activities. Contribute to company expertise via partnerships with experts in relevant fields in Pediatric, Nutrition, Iron & Growth categories.
Persuasively present Danone Nutricia position and deliver proactive and impactful internal & external communication being recognized as a thought leader in the field. Work in close collaboration with the South East Asia and global Medical & nutritional science teams to maximize alignment, support & business impact.
Minimum Bachelor and/or master's degree in nutrition & Dietetics, Food Science. At least 8 years of work experience in nutrition and pharmaceutical companies and 1 years’ of work experience in managerial level. Experience in regional level is a plus. Excellent Communication Skill (Oral, Listen, Presentation). Approach challenges with solution-oriented mindset, seeking innovative ways to overcome challenges.
Strong team player & ability to foster strong internal /global collaboration & achieve alignment based on business needs. Work Independently & Leadership mindset. Proven track record of success to manage HCP KOLS , Societies & Med Events.
