Technical Project Manager

My Dublin based client are looking for a proactive and delivery-focused Technical Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of complex technology initiatives for a diverse client base. This position offers the opportunity to lead projects from planning through to completion, ensuring high standards of delivery, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence.

Working within a collaborative environment, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project priorities, and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. The role requires a balance of technical understanding, organisational skills, and commercial awareness.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple technology projects simultaneouslyCoordinate resources across technical and business teams to ensure project objectives are achieved efficiently.

Act as the primary liaison between project teams and client stakeholders, facilitating clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Monitor project progress, manage schedules, and ensure deliverables are completed in line with agreed expectations
• Prepare and present project reports, performance updates, and key insights to stakeholders at all levels
• Maintain project documentation, governance processes, and delivery metrics
• Proactively identify potential challenges and implement mitigation strategies to minimise project risk
• Support the ongoing enhancement of project management practices, tools, and methodologies
• Several years' experience managing projects within a technology, software, or digital services environment
• Strong understanding of project delivery frameworks and software development practices
• Experience working within Agile environments and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Proficient in project management tools such as Jira and other delivery platforms
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skillsl
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detaili
• Comfortable operating in client-facing environments and building trusted professional relationships
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Desirable Experience
• Additional language skills, particularly Spanish or Portuguese
• Exposure to sectors such as telecommunications, connected technologies, or digital infrastructure
• Experience using emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to improve productivity and project outcomes
• Background in consulting, managed services, or customer-focused delivery environments
